Some of the most important are:

Sewer Back-Up: This provides protection for losses resulting from the back up or escape of water from a sewer or drain, sump, septic tank, eaves trough or downspout. This coverage is relatively inexpensive and can prove to be invaluable in the event of a loss from one of the above perils.
Increased Liability: At Drayden we strongly recommend a personal liability limit of $2,000,000. This protects you from property damage or bodily injury you cause some else through your negligence. (e.g. Slip & Fall).
Floaters: All personal property policies have a section that limits coverage on items like jewelry, money and collectible items. You can buy additional coverage for these items if needed.

Identity theft refers to all types of crime in which someone uses your credit card, drivers licence, social insurance number or other personal identification numbers to commit fraud or other criminal activity.
