What is the difference between an Auto and Express Renewal?

When you sign up for auto renewals, you vehicle registration will be renewed every year on the first day of your expiry month. If you sign up after the first day of the month, you will not be charged and your renewals will not begin until the following year.

When you sign up for an express renewal, your vehicle registration is renewed immediately as a one-time service from the time you make your request. This means that express renewals can be prorated if your registration term is less than 12 months.

My payment receipt is from the wrong Drayden branch?

When you check off that you want your registration mailed out to you, the payment receipt will always come from WES – this will not be an issue if you normally visit another Drayden registry office. If you want to pick up your registration and the payment receipt is from the wrong branch, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix this for you.
