Province-Wide Service Interruption Notice
Due to a province-wide system transition, Driver’s License/ID Card services will be unavailable across Alberta from Sunday, June 28 at 6:30 pm until Thursday, July 2 at 8:00 am.
Affected services include, but are not limited to:
- Driver’s License/ID Card First-Time applications
- Driver’s License/ID Card Renewals
- Duplicate Licenses/ID Card
- License Reclassing Services
- Driver’s License/ID Card Exchange Services
In addition, Motor Vehicle services will be unavailable province-wide from Tuesday, June 30 at 3:00 pm until Thursday, July 2 at 8:00 am.
Affected services include, but are not limited to:
- Vehicle registrations
- Driver’s abstracts
- Fine payments
Customers requiring any of these services are encouraged to visit their registry agent of choice before the service interruptions begin to ensure licenses, registrations and other documents can be processed and revalidated prior to their expiry dates,
