Get Started on your Vehicle Registration Renewal in Alberta

Drayden Insurance and Registries offices are taking the hassle out of renewing your Alberta vehicle registration with our online renewal system: Remind Renew Relax!

Renewing Online – Instructions:

All you need to renew online is the following:

  • Current Vehicle Registration Certificate
  • Valid pink card with insurance details
  • Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card

Please note, if you have outstanding fines, those will need to be paid for first.

Renew a Commercial or Farm or Off-Highway vehicle online and have your tabs mailed to you by emailing eregistries@drayden.com.

Express Renewals

Fill out your information, pay online, and your registration will be ready for pickup at the Drayden registries branch of your choosing.  Click on the branch below to get the process stared.

Once your confirmation is received, simply go to the insurance reception desk and ask for your registration without waiting in line!

 

Renew your vehicle registration by mail

Renew online, save time and receive your tabs in the mail!  While you’re at it, be sure to sign up for free vehicle and drivers licence renewal reminders for upcoming years.

To complete your Alberta vehicle registration renewal at the convenience of your own computer, follow these steps:

Step 1 – Click on the Remind, Renew, Relax button above & to the right, it will take you to the Alberta Association of Registry Agents (AARA) website.

Step 2 – If you haven’t yet, set up your reminders account. You will need to provide your name, email and cell number for SMS text messages. If you have already set up your reminders account, click the button for returning customers to send yourself an access link.

Step 3 – Once your reminder account is set up you can select “Get Started Now” to renew your registrations.

Step 4 – Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Registration Renewal page. Be sure to have your licence plate number, registration number and insurance information handy before starting this process.

Step 5 – Sit back, relax and wait for your tabs in the mail.

If requesting a renewal with less than 15 days’ notice please consider the “Express Renewals” option above!

 

Keep in mind that if you would like to make changes to your name, address or other information, you will need to visit one of the following Drayden Insurance and Registry offices; Spruce Grove , WestlockMorinville or St. Albert.
